Havana. The Cuban President Miguel Diaz Canel Bermudez, met this Monday with comrade Pham Binh Minh, Vice Prime Minister and Chancellor of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, who is making an official visit to Cuba.
During the fraternal meeting, both leaders talked about the excellent state of bilateral relations and ratified the will to expand commercial, economic, and cooperation ties. They also discussed issues of mutual interest on the international agenda.
In particular, the Cuban President Canel recalled his visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam last November.
The Vice Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh visitor was accompanied by the ambassador to our country, Nguyen Trung Thanh, and the director of the Department of Foreign Policy, Nguyen Minh Vu.
On the Cuban side were present the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, and the Director General of Bilateral Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Emilio Lozada Garcia.
